Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to R&B Co-Lab's 12 Week Transformation fitness and nutrition Program (the “Program”). These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Program.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for our program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or participate in the program.

3. Program Description

R&B Co-Lab provides fitness training and nutrition guidance delivered through our online platform. This includes, but is not limited to, online strength training videos, nutritional advice, and support via digital check-ins.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration forms.

  • You must be 18 years or older to participate in this program.​

5. Payment Terms

By proceeding with the purchase of R &B Co-Lab’s 12-week Transformation Fitness Program, you agree to make three non-refundable monthly payments of $299 CAD each, totaling $897 CAD or one payment of $750.00 CAD exclusive of GST. Payment will be automatically processed on the same day of each consecutive month or the one time payment on the day of purchase.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable. There are no cancellations or refunds available. If  you choose to opt out of the program prior to the completion of the 12 weeks, you will still be charged for all three months.

  • R&B Co-Lab reserves the right to cancel the program at any time with notice. In such an event, you will receive a prorated refund for any services not rendered.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the course of the program, including but not limited to strength training videos, articles, nutritional guidance and recipes are owned by R&B Co-Lab and are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Members of the Program are not permitted to share videos, login information or any of the Program’s intellectual property.
